(Colossians 1:13-14 – NKJV)
This is one of my most favourite Scriptures. It is filled with Kingdom truth, and clearly states the powerful key that brought destruction to the kingdom of darkness – Redemption through His blood!
Colossians 1:13-14 tells us we have:
- Been delivered from the power of darkness
- Been conveyed (transferred) into the kingdom of Jesus Christ (the Son of His love)
- Received redemption through the blood of Jesus Christ
- Received forgiveness of sins
When used as a weapon of warfare (ref. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5), this Scripture can bring down the strongholds and principalities fighting to keep you locked in spiritual darkness and captivity.
