MATTHEW 8:16-17 ~ “When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: ‘He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.’”
- Those who were possessed by demons were brought to Jesus Christ and He instantly set them free. Demons who had tormented and abused; demons who brought suffering and disorders; demons who refused all other authority or process, were all defeated by the power of Jesus Christ.
- As the sick were brought to Jesus Christ, He healed them all… He healed them ALL! Regardless of the persons status, regardless of the stubbornness of the disease, whether curable or incurable, unclean, physical, mental, or emotional… Jesus healed them ALL.
- He did it all by speaking His word. One word from Jesus and it was done. Both the demons and sickness/disease (of any nature) were obliged to obey His command and leave. What a glorious occasion when multitudes found their freedom in Christ!
- On the cross Jesus Christ “took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses”, fulfilling Scripture written hundreds of years earlier. Through His death and powerful resurrection, Jesus made it eternally possible for you to receive healing, deliverance, and freedom in Him.
Jesus is the True and Living God and has all power and all authority over every demon, and every sickness/disease. Whatever you are suffering, whatever the affliction, whatever the news you received, there is miraculous power available in Jesus Christ. Call on Jesus today, listen to His voice, and receive your miraculous deliverance and healing.
